Modern War Paradigms

History always show a major paradigm shift in every phenomena, in every aspect whether it is technology shift or even a political system shifts from monarchy to democracy. Similar situation can now be imposed over the War Paradigms as in past two decades they have been drastically shifted from conventional wars to Proxy wars that may incorporate the regional interest of the "player country" who unable or most appropriately may not letting its homeland to be a buffer zone for a cause driven fighers infiltrated by all the countries who may have certain interest of their own in "Great Game".
To understand the modern war paradigms, it is necessary to go deep into the concepts "Proxy Wars" and benefits and consequences related to hosting or imposing these wars.

Proxy War

"A proxy war is a kind of war, that is ignited by a major power in an another country by exploiting the soft spots of that country, without direct intervention of its own."
Fighting one's war on the lands of another country may be the simplest definition of proxy war. there is always a room there for countries to ignite the suppressed sentiments of the people by driving them for a cause and turning them against their own state. there is no better example than TTP driven by RAW and CIA to counter the game played by Pakistan in Afghanistan.
Now, it is also very important to know the countries that are major powers that actually can play the proxy role in the global world and these are no more then 10 countries that influence the whole world by their geography, economy, or military interest.
In the context of pakistan, there are some regional proxy player like Iran, India, Russia,UAE, KSA, America and Pakistan itself who were made to defend its territorial integrity and eventually became the part of the Afghan Proxy War.(Continued)
